Dates and Locations

We are delighted to announce the Neurosurgical Society of Australasia Epilepsy Workshop will be held in the stunning Hunter Valley at the Crowne Plaza from 15 – 16 March 2020. This Workshop is open to neurosurgeons, epilepsy neurologists, fellows, interested pathologists and radiologists and trainees with an interest in Epilepsy.

The times for the Workshop program are as follows:

Sunday, 15 March 2020: 10am to 5pm
Monday, 16 March 2020: 9am to 3pm

Program

The Workshop is designed to be a multidisciplinary program with involvement of epilepsy neurologists, fellows, interested pathologists and radiologists. Neurosurgeons are encouraged to attend with colleagues in neurology, pathology and radiology  and participate in a program that covers all aspects of contemporary epilepsy investigation and management. The Workshop is designed to be a forum for discussion and debate. The format will include short didactic talks, discussion sessions on contentious management issues and operative strategies for difficult cases. The Workshop Convenors are Mark Dexter (Neurosurgeon) and Andrew Bleasel (Neurologist).

Registration

Registrations are now open. Early bird registrations will close on 1 February 2020.

The member rate applies to members of the Neurosurgical Society of Australasia or the Epilepsy Society of Australia. Rates quoted are in $AUD and are inclusive of GST.

Member Early Bird Registration: $500
Member Standard Registration: $650
Non-Member Early Bird Registration: $700
Non-Member Standard Registration: $850
Workshop Dinner: $130

Single day registrations are not available. Full refunds are available for all cancellations received in writing prior to 1 February 2020. Refunds are not available after 1 February 2020. There is no onsite registration for this Workshop. Workshop registrations close on 9 March 2020
