PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Presentations must be brief and concise and should not exceed 7 slides. There will be a strict 7 minute time limit enforced on each presentation and trainees must practice to ensure that their presentation will not run over time. Anyone who does run over time can expect to be interrupted and, of course, constructively criticised. In general, all presentations should be predominantly a narrated picture show, and text slides should be kept to a minimum (main points only).

Trainees should check related topics being presented and are encouraged to contact those presenters to avoid overlap and ensure important points are covered. Trainees are encouraged to utilise assistance/advice from their local neurosurgeons/radiologists/neurologists/pathologists in the preparation of their presentation.
