The Spine CPD Workshop will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Queenstown from 7.30am on Thursday, 20 July to 7.30pm on Friday, 21 July 2023.
This Workshop is open to consultants and trainees with an interest in Spinal Surgery. The Workshop is designed to be a forum for discussion and debate. The format will include short didactic talks, discussion sessions on contentious management issues and operative strategies for difficult cases. All consultant delegates are required to present a case (best or worst) during the Workshop. The Workshop Convenors are Mitchell Hansen (Neurosurgeon) and Andrew Hunn (Neurosurgeon).
This Workshop is during the peak ski season, so demand is extremely high for flights and accommodation. As such, we recommend that those planning to attend book early. There is also FIFA Women's World Cup in New Zealand at that time which further adds to the demand in Queenstown. Delegates may miss out on flights into Queenstown and accommodation if they do not book early.
Registration will be limited to the first 30 delegates.
